Aussie Automations sets up and maintains automation workflows (e.g. quote follow-up, review requests, booking and invoice reminders) for your business, on the plan you subscribe to. We wire these into tools you already use where possible.
Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, in AUD. No lock-in contract — cancel any time and you won't be billed for the next cycle. No refunds for partial months already paid.
After you subscribe we'll contact you within one business day to scope your setup. Delivery timeframes depend on your plan and how quickly we can get access to the tools we need to wire into (calendar, job-management software, etc).
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, contact lists and content you give us to automate, and for your own compliance with the Spam Act 2003 and Privacy Act 1988 in how you use the automations we build for you (e.g. consent for messaging your customers).
We aim for automations to run reliably but don't guarantee zero downtime or that any specific business outcome (e.g. a review, a paid invoice) will result from an automated message being sent. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding month.
