Aussie Automations ("we", "us") provides automation services to Australian trade and service businesses. This policy explains what we collect and why, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988).
When you submit the audit request form or contact us, we collect your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address and any message you send. If you become a customer, we also hold billing details processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we don't store your card details ourselves.
To respond to your enquiry, provide the automation audit, set up and run the services you've paid for, and — where you haven't opted out — to let you know about relevant updates to our service.
Any marketing email or SMS we send includes a clear way to unsubscribe, in line with the Spam Act 2003. Business contact details used for initial outreach are sourced from your business's own public listings.
We don't sell your data. We use trusted service providers (e.g. Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and email routing) strictly to run the service.
